Blackmoor Garage, your trusted MOT Centre in Parbold, has been serving the local community since 1936. Our track record of attention to detail and personal touch sets us apart from large main agents. Based in Mawdesley, we are small enough to care about every vehicle and large enough to handle all MOT needs.

Why Choose Our MOT Centre in Parbold

At our MOT Centre in Parbold, we have two dedicated mechanics and an experienced supervisor, Allister, ensuring every vehicle receives the attention and care it deserves. We are highly ranked in the VOSA risk assessment, demonstrating our commitment to good practices and adherence to MOT rules.

We strive to pass your vehicle, but we also believe in transparency. If we identify potential issues during the MOT test, we will inform you so you can plan for future repairs. This is what we call our ‘pass and advise’ approach.

  • Transparency: We don’t believe in hidden costs. We fix small issues, such as lights and wipers, at the time of the test at just the cost of the parts.
  • Quality: We do not compromise on service quality, even if it means not being the cheapest option available. We believe that you get what you pay for in the MOT world.
  • Integrity: We maintain high ethical standards. We won’t charge you £20 for a side light bulb. We have seen it happen elsewhere, but it won’t happen at Blackmoor Garage.

These are just a few reasons why you should choose our MOT Centre in Parbold.
